Waiver&Release.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in Bow Crazy archery, hiking, and outdoor recreational activities, I, for myself, my spouse, heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

I understand that the Activities involve inherent risks and dangers that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken, including but not limited to risks of being struck by arrows or other projectiles, equipment malfunction or misuse, improper handling of bows or arrows, uneven terrain, loose rocks, steep inclines, slips, trips and falls, exposure to extreme heat conditions common in Arizona, dehydration, heat exhaustion, heatstroke, wildlife encounters including insects, reptiles and other animals, environmental conditions such as wind, dust and weather changes, limited access to immediate medical care, and risks caused by the acts or omissions of other participants or third parties. I further understand that these risks may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, death, and loss or damage to property, and that such risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of equipment, facilities, or land, or the negligence of Bow Crazy or other parties.

I knowingly, voluntarily, and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the RELEASEES, and I accept full responsibility for my participation. I understand that I am choosing to participate despite the risks and agree that I am solely responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Arizona, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bow Crazy and its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, instructors, sponsors, affiliates, and landowners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, death, or property damage sustained while participating in the Activities, whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the RELEASEES from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities or any actions or omissions on my part.

I agree to strictly follow all safety instructions, rules, and guidelines provided by Bow Crazy. I understand that failure to comply with safety protocols may result in removal from participation without refund. I further agree to immediately stop participation if I feel unsafe or observe unsafe conditions and to report such conditions to staff immediately.

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Activities and that I do not have any medical or physical condition that would prevent safe participation. I accept full responsibility for my health, hydration, and well-being during participation.

I authorize Bow Crazy to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I acknowledge that emergency response times may vary depending on location and conditions, and I accept full financial responsibility for any medical treatment provided.

I grant permission for photographs, video recordings, or other media of my participation to be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation unless I expressly decline in writing.

In the case of a participant under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian agrees to all terms of this Agreement on behalf of the minor and assumes all risks associated with the minor's participation. The parent or guardian further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the RELEASEES for any claims arising from the minor's participation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement in its entirety, fully understand its terms, understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, and agree to its terms freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
